There will still be stock out in trade, but we are sold out at home base of the 2023 Gamburra White Ancestral sparkling. Next release will be the 2025 Gamburra, bottled in July this year, so should be ready for release soon. We still have stock available for the Ginin-ginin-derry Rose Ancestral sparkling.

Bottling is also coming up in December for the 2025 Hilltops Fiano, Cantera and Salita table wines. The Fiano looked quite smart last week when tasting for label text: lovely white peach and citrus fruit, with the white flowers plus savoury characters of the Acacia barrels. The 2025 vintage was also our 10th make of the Salita, so a bit of a Sassafras milestone.
